Terms and Conditions
Booking and Appointments:
All appointments must be booked in advance either through the online booking system, over the phone, email, or in person. Once you have booked your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation, with all the necessary details.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
48 hour cancellation policy. Sometimes plans change. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. You can do this via the links in your original booking and reminder emails.
Any appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Any no-shows or cancellations less than 2 hours before the appointment will be charged the full cost. This must be paid before you are able to book your next appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate as I understand these things happen. However, this may not always be possible. The treatment will still be charged at full value. If you are more than 30 minutes late to the appointment, it will be considered cancelled.
Termination
Wildflower Massage Therapies reserves the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
We have the right to refuse or terminate treatment to any client who is physically or verbally abusive towards the therapist, including but not limited to any inappropriate, aggressive or sexual behaviour.
If the therapist feels uncomfortable and unable to continue the session, they will end it, whether or not the client understands why. If the massage is terminated for the above-mentioned reasons, payment is still required.
A session will not be conducted if the client is intoxicated, using drugs, or threatening the safety of the massage therapist, the safety of others in the building, or themselves.
Health and Safety:
Clients must inform us of any health or medical conditions, allergies, injuries, and anything else that may affect your treatment.
Wildflower Massage Therapies reserves the right to refuse or modify services based on health conditions. If you are concerned that a health condition may impact your ability to receive treatment, it is advised you reach out prior to booking your appointment.
If a client has a cold, flu, sore throat, stomach virus, poison ivy, skin rash, or any other contagious condition, please contact wildflowermassagetherapies@gmail.com or on 07990162374 as soon as possible to reschedule. The cancellation policy as stated above may still apply.
Clients under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the entire session. For all clients under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must be present for the initial consultation, and sign the consultation form with the client.
We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for all our clients.
Privacy Policy:
Any information which you supply, along with clinical records, will be kept confidential.
Any personal information you have shared with me is used either to help give you the most appropriate treatment, or to be able to contact you. I will not contact you with marketing or similar, unless you have expressed you are happy for me to do so.
I will not share your data with anyone else.
My insurance requires me to keep data and records of appointments for 7 years from first treatment. You have the right at any time to access and view your data.
My records are stored in accordance with GDPR policies. Access is only available to me through a secure password, on a password protected laptop.
Payments:
Payment is due at the time of the appointment. Wildflower Massage Therapies accepts online payments, cash, and card payments. If you wish to pay in cash, a £15 deposit must be paid online ahead of time.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any promotional offers or discounts must be mentioned at the time of booking and may not be combined with other offers.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift certificates are available for purchase and are redeemable for services only. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase. This date is for the booking date, not the treatment date. You may book a treatment online when your voucher has only a few days remaining, and the treatment may be for up to 6 weeks in the future.
Personal Belongings
Personal belongings are brought onto the Premises at the Client’s own risk and Wildflower Massage Therapies does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever.
